We offer three different shipping options - all of which are complimentary. You will be asked to select the shipment method you prefer at checkout.
Express : Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Complimentary on all orders.
Eco Ground : 3-7 business days delivery. Complimentary on all orders.
Next Day Air : 1 business day delivery. $20 for all orders under $1,000 and complimentary for orders over $1,000.

Orders placed by 1.00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday are prepared and shipped the same day (excluding holidays) and orders placed after 1.00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), or on Saturday/Sunday, will ship the following business day.
For Express shipping, kindly allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Eco Ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For Next Day Air, enjoy delivery within 1 business day at a cost of $20 for orders under $1,000.

Order tracking information is emailed once your item has been shipped by us. If you are having difficulty using tracking information or did not receive an email, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via the contact us form or by emailing service@michaelcanale.com and we will follow up with you promptly.

For express and overnight shipping, orders must be shipped to the continental 48 United States. Orders outside of the continental U.S. can only be shipped via standard shipping. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally please allow for additional shipping time, typically 5 to 10 business days but may be more depending on address location.

A signature is not required at delivery for orders under $2,000. If your order total is over $2,000 then a signature will be required upon delivery.
