How do I return an order from MichaelCanale.com?
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns. A pre-paid return label is included with your order.
Please submit return requests within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment. To submit a return request, kindly use our contact form or email us at service@michaelcanale.com.
Once your return request email has been submitted:
1. Place the item in its original packaging along with the original receipt.
2. Attach the pre-paid return label over the old shipping label.
3. Securely seal the package and drop it off at any verified UPS location.
After we receive your return and verify it meets the return conditions, we will email you a confirmation and process your refund within 1 business day, including shipping costs if the order was originally sent via Next Day Air.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank. Depending on your bank, it may take longer.
Items must be in their original, sellable condition with tags attached and returned in the original packaging using the pre-paid return label included with your order.
How long do I have to return my order?

How long will my refund take?
We will email you a confirmation and process your refund within 1 business day; however, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank, as it may take longer depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an order?
Yes, you may exchange orders for available items, and all exchanges are complimentary. Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment, and items must be in their original, sellable condition with tags attached. Exchanges can only be made for the same item.
To submit an exchange request, please use our contact form or email us at service@michaelcanale.com. We will notify you of item availability within 1 business day. If the exchange item is available, use the pre-paid UPS label to ship the original item back. Place the item in its original packaging with the original receipt, attach the pre-paid return label over the old shipping label, securely seal the package, and drop it off at any verified UPS location.
Once we receive your item, we will ship the new item via your original shipping method. If the original item was sent via Next Day Air, the exchanged item will be re-sent using the same method at no additional cost.
