We recommend taking measurements using a soft tape measure and follow the guidelines below. Having someone to help can be beneficial.

Tape measure should be pulled snug but not tight.

BUST

While wearing a thin bra, find the fullest part of your bust and wrap tape measure around under your arms and straight across back with hands by your sides.

WAIST

Wrap tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

HIPS

Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.
