Orders placed before 1.00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship same day. If your
order is placed after 1.00 pm EST it will be shipped next business day. Orders placed after 1.00 pm EST
on Fridays or on holidays will be shipped the next business day

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo. Accepted credit cards are
Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover and Diners Club.
All payments are secured using Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) encryption. Your information is safe with us.
To cancel an order please use our contact us form to notify us of your request or email
firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for your order to be
canceled, we must receive your cancel request prior to your order being shipped by us. If your order has
been shipped, the return order process must be used to return your item for a refund. See our

Billing and shipping addresses do not have to match.
International orders can be placed online at any time through our website. Please contact our client

International orders are shipped complimentary using standard shipping only at this time.
Shipping is complimentary for all orders by Express shipping (2-3 days) or Eco Ground shipping (3-7
days). For Next Day Air shipping there is a $20.00 fee for all orders under $2,000.00. Please see our
shipping & returns policy for more information.
We offer three different shipping options. You will be asked to select the shipment method you prefer at
checkout. Express : Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Complimentary on all orders. Eco Ground : 3-7 business days delivery. Complimentary on all orders. Next Day Air : 1 business day delivery. $20 for all orders under $2,000 and complimentary for
orders over $2,000.
All orders are shipped by UPS delivery service.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or PO Boxes can be shipped by Eco Ground shipping only. For orders
shipping to Hawaii or Alaska please allow additional shipping time, typically 5 to 10 business days
but may be more depending on address location.
Orders are processed within 1 business day and orders placed before 1.00 pm EST Monday through Friday
(excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. All delivery times are estimated from the time you
receive your shipping conﬁrmation email.
Items shipped by Express shipping are estimated to arrive in 2 to 3 business days from ship date.
Items shipped by Eco Ground shipping are estimated to arrive 3 to 7 business days from ship date.
For items shipped via Next Day Air shipping the estimated delivery is 1 business day from ship date.
A signature is not required at delivery for orders under $2,000. If your order total is over $2,000
then a signature will be required upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns are complimentary. Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from date your
shipment is received. Items must be in original and sellable condition with tags attached and returned
in original packaging.
To return an item, email our client care team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use our
contact us form or send return email requests to

request, please use the pre-paid shipping label included in your order and attach to the original
packaging. All returns are shipped via UPS delivery service. Please see our shipping & returns policy

To exchange an item, email our client care team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use
contact us form or send exchange email requests to
email@example.com. Exchanges can only be made
for same items. Once we receive your exchange request we will notify you of item availability within 1
business day. If item is available, please use the pre-paid return shipping label included in your
order to ship original item back using the original packaging. Once we receive your item to exchange
we will ship new item via your requested shipping method. If item was originally sent via Next Day Air
shipping, exchanged item can be re-sent using the same method complimentary. All returns are shipped

York, NY USA. We are devoted to excellence and quality in all our products and every step of the
