All orders are shipped by UPS delivery service.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or PO Boxes can be shipped by Eco Ground shipping only. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska please allow additional shipping time, typically 5 to 10 business days but may be more depending on address location.

Orders are processed within 1 business day and orders placed before 1.00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. All delivery times are estimated from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Items shipped by Express shipping are estimated to arrive in 2 to 3 business days from ship date.
Items shipped by Eco Ground shipping are estimated to arrive 3 to 7 business days from ship date.
For items shipped via Next Day Air shipping the estimated delivery is 1 business day from ship date.

A signature is not required at delivery for orders under $2,000. If your order total is over $2,000 then a signature will be required upon delivery.

All returns are complimentary. Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from date your shipment is received. Items must be in original and sellable condition with tags attached and returned in original packaging.

To return an item, email our client care team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use our contact us form or send return email requests to service@michaelcanale.com. Once we receive your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label included in your order and attach to the original packaging. All returns are shipped via UPS delivery service. To exchange an item, email our client care team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use our contact us form or send exchange email requests to service@michaelcanale.com. Exchanges can only be made for same items. Once we receive your exchange request we will notify you of item availability within 1 business day. If item is available, please use the pre-paid return shipping label included in your order to ship original item back using the original packaging. Once we receive your item to exchange we will ship new item via your requested shipping method. If item was originally sent via Next Day Air shipping, exchanged item can be re-sent using the same method complimentary. All returns are shipped via UPS delivery service.
