The Designer

Michael Canale was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Early in his life he was captivated by the body of cars, originally dreaming to design his own cars one day. His interests redirected later on to focus on health and an athletic passion. During this period he earned a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He learned in depth about the human anatomy meanwhile training his physical abilities. Combining his love for design and body, he pursued the construction of comfortable and elegant clothing while studying at Parsons School of Design in NYC. His designs are inspired by the core idea that clothing is an extension to our well-being; a building block to a healthy lifestyle and the encouragement of free movement. He is fascinated by expressing the human body through what is both beautiful and sexy but also versatile and enjoyable to wear.
