Shipping & Returns
We offer three different shipping options. You will be asked to select the shipment method you prefer at
checkout.
Express : Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Complimentary on all orders.
Eco Ground : 3-7 business days delivery. Complimentary on all orders.
Next Day Air : 1 business day delivery. $20 for all orders under $2,000 and complimentary for orders over $2,000.

Orders placed by 1.00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday are prepared and shipped the same
day (excluding holidays) and orders placed after 1.00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), or on Saturday/Sunday,
will ship the following business day.
Complimentary returns and exchanges on all orders. Your order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days
of receiving your order, subject to conditions.
All returns are complimentary. Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from date your shipment
is received. Items must be in original and sellable condition with tags attached and returned in original
packaging.

For returns please use the pre-paid return label included with your order. Once return request email has been submitted :
1.) Place item in original packaging and with the original receipt.
2.) Attach pre-paid return label over old shipping label.
3.) Securely seal package and drop it off at any verified UPS location.
After we receive your return and it has been verified to meet the return conditions, we will email you confirmation and process refund within 1 business day (including shipping costs if order was originally sent Next Day Air).
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank and depending on bank it may take longer.

For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska please allow additional shipping time, typically 5 to 10 business
days but may be more depending on address location.
