RETURNS & EXCHANGES | Complimentary for all orders
- Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of order
- Email Client Services at mc@michaelcanale.com for all returns and exchanges

RETURN PROCESS
- Once we receive return request we will email you a shipping label
- Return shipping labels will be processed within 1 business day of receiving return request
- Place your item in original packaging and with the original receipt
- Print return label, place over old shipping label and securely seal package
- Drop off your package at any UPS store

EXCHANGES
- Email mc@michaelcanale.com with request details and we will inform you of item availability

POLICY
- Item must be in original and sellable condition with tags attached
- Item in original packaging
- Receipt must be included in box
- Return/exchange email must be received within 30 days of order delivery

Return orders will be shipped via UPS ground. After we receive the returned items and they have been verified to meet the return conditions we will email you confirmation. Please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed and depending on your bank it may take longer.
